Well, until it pricks the consciences of the wealthy and spoilt who run the country...and the churches and their pocket-filling overlords...
I had a Brit friend who built a house on Tondo.
I stayed with him for a long weekend, that's a story in itself.
Anyway he took me walking around Smokey Mointain one day.
It was just shocking. Upset me for a good few days. I don't think it's changed much these days.
Anyway, here's the odd thing, the people and kids I met were laughing and joking. Teasing me and to all intents appeared happy. I don't know how happy they really were but when you see their environment and how hard the little kids work it's hard to understand.
Just my memory
They would be happy Peter, they just didn't know anything different!
