    Question ILR approved 2015?????

    Hi guys, just wondering if anybody here has been approved their ILR this year 2015 by post??? as I sent mine June 8th 2015... plsss need advice how long usually they will sent all the documents back to you???

    Maritess applied in first week of June 2014 and received ILR documents October 2014 approx. 20 weeks, they informed us 26 weeks which is a pretty normal time!

    my wife applied for ILR in January this year, approval received in April.

    Thanks guys, part of me regrets to sent the application through post. huhuhu... both passport still in there hands, seems i have to wait till September.

    I thought it will be more quicker the post application now a days at it goes up to £1500 fee by post... just a little stress thingking we cannot go for holiday any sooner.

    I was under the impression that if you needed the passports sooner then you could request their return prior to a decision being made on your ILR.

    If you had used Checking Service you would have still had your passports but having said that you still cannot leave the UK until everything is processed!

    I am sure you can ask for them back but you would lose the money you have paid and then you would have to reapply, but if i am wrong i am sure someone will come along and correct me

    When it comes to the UK immigration journey it's absolutely imperative to understand the nitty-gritty of each and every stage immediately after completing one.

    Follow any updates for ILR 2 years before application.
    For British Citizenship/Naturalisation follow any updates 3 years prior to application.
    Preparation is the key.

    Hi guys!!! got my ILR BIOMETRIC CARD TODAY !!!! Sent it by post and took 10weeks and 2days in process.... omg i was so worried thingking it could take up to 6mpnths process.... but the passport and other documents still ddnt arrived???? why???? anybody experience this pls??? how long it takes to recieved your documents after you recieved your BIOMETRIC CARD? thank you!!!
