Waiting for the rain to stop so i can do some work, i thought i would just flick through what i have recorded over the last few months.
What crap did i record and God knows why the hell i did sometimes, but i came across this chap, Sean Conway running the length of Britain.
What an amazing young man, so much he has done in his life, really really is an inspiring person, try to look him up on the internet, maybe he may inspire you too
