    My FLR (M) supporting documents

    Hi everyone! I just did my FLR (M) and just wanted to share my list of supporting documents.
    In my case I applied with no dependent and am doing the 5 yr route. Pretty straight forward application.

    Inventory of Supporting Documents:

    A) Appointment confirmation
    B) Application Payment sheet
    C) Conformation of payment of Immigration Health Surcharge and reference number
    1. Further Leave to Remain Application form (M) version 04/2015
    2. Two identical passport-size photographs (Mrs J)
    One passport-size Photographs ( Mr D)
    3. Current Valid Passport of Mrs J
    Current Valid UK Passport of Sponsor
    4. Birth Certificate - Mrs J
    Birth Certificate of Sponsor - Mr D
    5. NSO Marriage Certificate- Mr.& Mrs.D dated 30 September 2011.
    6. *English Language Certificate-.
    7 *Life in the UK Test Certificate- ( Non mandatory).
    8 Bank statements- Mr.& Mrs. D
    9. Bank statements - Mrs. J
    10 Wage Slips- Mr D
    MRS J
    11. P60 End of Year - Mr D
    MRS J
    12. Land Certificate- Title Number xxxxxx,
    13. Annual Mortgage Statement
    14. Home Insurance Policy.
    15. Council Tax Receipts.
    16. Scottish Power Bills, Annual statement and Payment Confirmation.
    17. British Gas Payment confirmation.
    18. NHS medical card - MR D and Mrs J
    19. TV License confirmation.
    20. Photos- (Wedding, holidays, celebrations)
    21. Additional correspondence in respect of proof of address.

    Hi guys is the BRP applied for on the day of applying for FLR (premium route) or does my wife need to sort this out and then send with her application?

    Hi John,

    Once her FLR approved they are going to send the BRP through mail after few days.

    Good luck to both of you

    Lol maybe because I wrote it very specific.
    That was how I designed my application but hopefully you can make it simplier and share it to the group in the future. ��
