    Ostrich Burger

Well today i had my first Ostrich Burger, i had the choice of Kangaroo or a Buffalo Burger too, but after thinking what i may like best i chose the Ostrich,
Very nice it was and down it went , a very strong taste and a little salty taste too,
I may try Buffalo on the next visit,
I have told Ems if in the morning my head is stuck in the pillow call a vet or doctor

I've never had Ostrich burger but I do remember years ago that Sainsburys used to sell Ostrich steaks. Very tasty they were too and very low in fat and low in cholesterol.
I seem to remember the meat being a similar colour to beef.
    I eat them again anytime.

Had crocodile steak and crocodile sisig at Davao Crocodile Park both pretty tastless and too tough for my liking.
The croc steaks I had in South Africa were much better if my memory is good.
Or maybe the extra pint of beer only made me think so

Seem to recall Ostrich and Kangaroo became very popular when the foot in mouth crisis happened.

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

Plenty of buffalo meat in the Phils (Carabao).

Tasty and less fat than beef.
