Just a few days ago a cab driver in Galveston was asking me whether I was going to watch 'The Superbowl' on Sunday, and who was 'my team'. I replied that I didn't know that much about baseball, and he gave me a strange look :huh:

As long as we stuff the taffy`s,(which we have) and the Jock`s I dont mind getting beat by the French,Irish or Italians. At least they dont torch our holiday homes, very hospitable peoples with a sense of humour and a touch of style.

i was not saying that no one here played or watched it just that i do not know anyone. I could never get into it on tv although i would be a fan of Baseball and i have been to 3 different stadiums in the USA. The thing about American sports is that they never start until the early hours of the morning.
