TB test certificate

NSO certified marriage certificate

Your certified passport copy including bio page and travel stamps to the Philippines

A supporting letter from her as well.




Approved English qualification

I got a new passport last year because the old one got damage, which means I no longer have that stamped proof of my two visit to the Phils
I do have copies of my flight tickets though

Soon I will post my wife's check list as soon as she comes back from her last visit to the TB clinic, hopefully they will give her the certificate this time?
My wife had 2 other TB sputum test which show the all clear.
She gave another sputum back in the middle of August and was told this could take up to 8-9 weeks for the results
We are now waiting with our fingers crossed for them to give us a date for her next visit to the TB clinic?
This according to calculations should be any day now.

Did you photocopy or scan the old passport before it got damaged

Just a thought.

I just checked my old files and found some copies of my old passport with the Philippines visa's on it

By the way is it ok to send some of my documents via email?
Because I have notice that some of my letters have gone missing in the Philippines.
Or are there very stick rules about sending everything by royal mail?
