Please do a search for spouse visa checklist on the forum. There are many posts here that have this information.

    Thats how I found out.

    I am applying next week.

    Good luck.

The online form is printed off when you pay. You then send it in with the supporting documents to your wife.

The financial requirements form can be written in black ink.

I have adobe acrobat so might type it. Not sure yet.

The application is made online for Personal Details.
It is submitted online together with payment. An appointment needs to be booked with VFS Global at their Application Centre in order to enrol biometrics and to submit a signed hard copy of the online personal detail form, the appendix 2 financial requirement and all other supporting documents.
VFS then collate and forward the bundle to the British Embassy Manila Hub for review and decision.

    Something wrong with the link.
However, if that's the Sponsorship Undertaking Form SU07/12 then it's not needed unless specifically requested by a caseworker for a reason.

It's not listed as a supporting doc. Who has mentioned to you that it's required ?

As always it's a personal choice. If you feel more secure to include it then do so. It will not influence the visa application decision though.

    Hello llyodegbrick

I Apply the spouse visa under exemption my husband receive DLA, and we got a visa for 23 working days. First you must secure one bank statement proving you receive DLA. We pass 12 month bank statement. Also letter from DWP proving you are entitle of it.

Try to look this might help you to compute the adequate maintenance computation without recourse of public fund when you wife come to live you.

    Hi lloydegbrick,

I'm pretty sure you've got everything covered.

As you're exempt from the Financial Requirement income thresholds you'll be applying under the immigration rules for Adequate Maintenance & Accommodation.

Just in case you didn't yet review the specific requirements here's a link for the relevant rules under Immigration Directorate Instruction Family Migration - Appendix FM Section 1.7A

    https://www.gov.uk/government/upload...Annex_1_7A.pdf

    Good luck Sir

    Hello cheekee
    Thanks for this

I got a new passport last year because the old one got damage, which means I no longer have that stamped proof of my two visit to the Phils
I do have copies of my flight tickets though

Soon I will post my wife's check list as soon as she comes back from her last visit to the TB clinic, hopefully they will give her the certificate this time?
My wife had 2 other TB sputum test which show the all clear.
She gave another sputum back in the middle of August and was told this could take up to 8-9 weeks for the results
We are now waiting with our fingers crossed for them to give us a date for her next visit to the TB clinic?
This according to calculations should be any day now.
    Regards
    LG

Did you photocopy or scan the old passport before it got damaged

    Just a thought.

If you did you could send this with an explanatory note.

    Hi all
    A question
By the way is it ok to send some of my documents via email?
Because I have notice that some of my letters have gone missing in the Philippines.
Or are there very stick rules about sending everything by royal mail?
    Thank you
    Regards
    LG

    Royal mail will take weeks.

Originals are needed without exception unless a really good reason can be given.

If sending documents to the Philippines for spouse visa purposes use DHL express. Expensive but worth it.
