Hair "rebonding" is known as Chemical Straightening here in the UK so you may have a bit more luck in being understood if you use this term It's bound to be expensive though as it's a specialist service and not one that is widely used here, particularly as western hair is of a different texture/ strength and can be badly affected through the use of chemicals.

I hope that you find what you are looking for, if not, investing in a good pair of hair straighteners (irons) might be the answer. GHD straighteners are very popular here but I find the FHI Heat straighteners are not only cheaper, but better too (as recommended by my own hairdresser). Both available on-line from reputable websites, but watch out for fakes on sites like ebay
