the first using microfiche for ncr..
the second was for a company that archived docs into pdf and micro film for other companies.
but was lucky enough not to get any of them

We have a lot of customers with post rooms who now scan more than they send out. Even the big law firms which used to have to be send out as documents now have internet fax which means everything but items which need a signature in ink are sent electronically. I saw one system at a customers in the last few days where they send a whole batched of handsigned pages to another office and the rest is sent as electronic files and the signed page is attached where needed.
