Ahead of yesterday's congressional deliberations for the next year's Department of Foreign Affairs budget, Kobataan representative, Terry Ridon claimed the *Overseas Filipino Workers' sector was so low down on the Aquino Administration's List of Priorities ... as to be practically non~existent - pointing out "the conspicuous absence
of appropriation" for *its Legal Assistance Fund (LAF).

That IS bad ........................ Hardly a (laugh) !
