Going back for a second viewing today. I keep looking but can't find anything with anywhere near the plot size for the money. One of my only concerns is the foundations as I may want to put another story on the house at some point in the future
Apart from that the house loooks ideal, with the main criteria of having a pool and a bit of garden for Charliegh to play in. I've found that most properties over here use near enough 90% of the plot size to build on, leaving no room for any sort of garden. Maybe that's typical of city life where ever you live though
