I know the moon controls our tides, someone once told me that the moon protects the earth, is that true?

It keeps us unbalanced, makes us wobble, that is what gives us the seasons, otherwise with no seasons, life would not have formed the way it did.

Due to natural erosion to the White Cliffs of Dover, Britain loses a couple of feet of ground every few years....

Getting further and further away from France.... Isn't that beautiful...????
