Any advice filling in the biometrics page on the FLR application. My wife does not hold a card and has a new passport. She had her finger prints taken in Manila before she came to UK on her Spouse visa. She is just a bit confused what to actually put. If anyone has already completed this. Could you please help. Hello sheldon1. If she doesn't have a BRP card, she has to apply for it. Can you refresh my memory of which questions asked in the biometrics page? I just applied my 1st FLR in February, still trying to find my forms. All I can remember is fill out the name on what is in the current passport, the GWF reference number (from VFS Manila) and location where she took her last biometrics (VFS).

Yes we just filed in the pages on the FLR application form All been well should be OK.
