Plans to tackle the proliferation of extremist propaganda in social media head-on - by the blacklisting of radical groups subject to banning orders - are reportedly being unveiled by Downing Street tomorrow ... and are expected to entail the Government working in conjunction with internet companies throughout the exercise.
