Why? Because it's the first video compiled by my nine-year-old grandson ... Ewan Ian McIntosh - from the village of New Deer in Aberdeenshire - in which he talks candidly about his pets.

Aww... you have good reason to be proud Arthur.
Very good
Following in the footsteps of David Attenborough
Soon be a regular series on TV Arthur, great stuff!
Enchanting ... congratulations to Ewan
Well done to him.
Mick.
I have a precious tape (now also saved on my computer) of my son and I having a conversation, plus him singing, when he was 6 years old... 16 years ago.
There were some home movies too, but my ex kept those.
Thank you to ALL who've replied to this thread ... your kind compliments are very much appreciated.
Oh ... ... there've been many other snippets taken of each of my two grandchildren when they were much younger. But the reason I'm so excited about the one I've shared here is, it's the very first to've been actually made by Ewan himself.
Very good Arthur.. He did well.
Just a shame I don't understand the Scottish language!
Thank you Fred.
Ah, ... I don't imagine that you're alone there, - especially in "getting to grips" with the Doric dialect peculiar to the North East of Scotland - which ... ... even I, myself, sometimes have difficulty in making out. Probably, in my own case though, it isn't helped by me being 'plagued' by ongoing hearing problems.
