How not to fall down stairs safely.

Hopefully the CIA and MI5 can cease insignificant talk of investigating Muslim terrorist atrocities and concentrate their efforts studying why so many more people die horrifically bloody deaths from simply falling down the bloody stairs!
If they cant seriously expect to reduce these awful statistics in real terms by lets say the next 20 years then,they at the very least should put out advisories and instructions on how we can do this stair falling thing in a safer manner..

But for now...PLEASE..FOR THE LOVE OF GOD,

I have fallen down the stairs 3 times, once as a kid, i got a good hiding for that from my dad,
The next rushing down and missing a few steps, and again missing a step, all did hurt and the last two all i got was laughs
