    Warren Mitchell - Obituary

89-year-old Mitchell ... perhaps BEST~ known for his portrayal of
    cantankerous
racist cockney, Alf Garnett in BBC's long-running'Till Death Do Us Part' - first televised in the 1960s - and its [much] later 'spin~off', 'In Sickness and In Health', died yesterday!

www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-34821079 takes a look back at highlights from his career on stage and the small screen.
