Only if enough people vote for him. All the other candidates will be pushing their 'brand name' and 'contributions' to people who don't know better. Duterte's only chance is if the 'people' campaign for him across the nation.

Duterte, though ... ... to the best of my knowledge, has the distinction of being the first - indeed, ONLY - nominee to have been "cajoled" (for want of a better word) into participating at all, by the populace en masse!
