Police in Caloocan City have warned inhabitants to be "on their guard", ... following the arrest on Thursday evening past, of the leader of an alleged 'BIG TIME' pyramid SCAM - that duped its victims to the tune of Php 120 million - believed to be operating as part of a syndicate and claiming to be a multilevel marketing company with around 20,000 members, based at the North Matrixville Subdivision, Barangay 177, Camarin.
