Cool Blind Photographer's Work Showcased At Festival

OK ... ... it may be "old hat" - more than 5 years' old, in fact - but it's an AMAZING tale of one woman's triumph over adversity.

Rosita McKenzie from Portobello mounted an exhibition of her work at Edinburgh's Central Library on George IV Bridge during the Scottish Capital's prestigious 2010 Arts Festival.

Blind since the age of twelve, Mrs McKenzie (now 59) homes in on her subjects' personalities in order to capture the photoshoots she needs ... and, to ensure her pictures are in focus, uses a digital camera on an automatic setting.

Sometimes the best picture you take are the ones you was not taking a picture off,
I am lucky i can see but again one of the best picture i took is a little blurred but the content is amazing it shows happiness, you have to look into the whole picture to see the beauty, just my own thoughts
