Budget Secretary Accused Of Lying!
Budget Secretary, Florencio Abad - the politician at the centre of the much~publicised "Pork" Barrel Scandal - appears to have been "less than honest" over the misallocation of various lump sums as well as discretionary funds to government officials ... a practice which was previously (and rightly) declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.
