Whilstthe likes of a foreigner such as myself - who's never heard of the woman - is scarcely in a position to pass judgement,
it has to be said that I've followed the front runner's career enough since his candidacy was announced, to feel sufficiently confident that he's by far the politician most capable of stamping out corruption ... and bringing law and order back to the Philippines.
