Why is it when you are thousands of miles away from your future home, you get a email with someone selling a house, looks great , great price and it all sounds perfect, but you are here and not there,
Yep, it all sounds to good to be true,
There must be the great deals out there but also the great loses too,
Now if it was that great why has it not been snapped up already by a investor or a neighbor already,
Just like here if you see a great deal you go around to the place , day time and night time different times of the day and just sit watching , but again i cant do that if the house is over in the phils ,
Years ago when i was looking in France we seen loads on the internet and from agents , we would make a list of places to see and then get over there and look,
Its amazing what they can hide with a photoshop, thats why its always best to go and see it yourself, or get a very good friend to look for you, FRED where are you when i need a friend
