On Thursday, February 4, 2016, carpenters from a local Handyman company who were conducting wall repairs reportedly found a bundle of 500-Peso bills wrapped in plastic. Another worker found five more bundles as they continue to break the old walls. The workers then reported the findings to their supervisor, who also informed the office of the City Administrator.
