Her majesty the Queen is visiting a hospital and she greets one of the patients and says "So whats wrong with you young man?" He replies "I've got a mole on my *******s!!" The Queen says "I see..." and walks away. A nurse over hears this and she says to the patient "What on earth do you think your doing?? You don't tell the Queen you've got a mole on your *******s!! She is royalty and you just don't talk to her like that!! You should tell her you've got a bad back or a bad leg you rude man!!"
A month later Princess Fergie visits the same hospital and walks up to the same patient and says "So whats wrong with you young man?" He says "Errr, um, err, I've err, I've got a bad back!!" She says "Well I'm glad to hear your *******s are better!!"
