Depends what you mean by all the stuff loaded on it?

The one I have from eBay is legal and is loaded with a programed called Kodi. This is a platform that allows add ons to be added that allow you to access stuff that probably you would say somewhere somebody is doing something illegal to allow you to view it.

I have had mine for around 6 months, cost me about £60 and I watch films, sports and all the latest American TV shows that I follow.

Saves me a fortune on that cable subscription I no longer have.
