Well good advice when hiring an expert in a field you don't know much about is to consult and get quotes from several with out them knowing your speaking to others.
Im afraid i have no expereince in this field but i think from the length of time quoted and cost plus the legal implications it really does need to be checked out.
But different areas i guess will have different waiting lists at the courts and most annulments due to the cost will be due to Western/phill relationships so i guess some areas with more couples will be busier.
