"Jumper"... taken in its literal context is, of course, someone or something that s - [in this case] - a horse leaping over hurdles. We ALL know that ... ... it's self~explanatory. But ... how many knew that up in Scotland, 'jumper' is a word frequently used to describe a pullover or jersey?
... just saying!
