Used Dialaflight before and it was all good. The only downside is that you need to phone them up which is not very practical nowadays especially with sites like Skyscanner where you can search for flights yourself.

I've always used my landline to book a flight, don't know any other way apart from calling to see a Travel Agent but haven't done that since 1989

The only company I'd phone up now would be one like PIC where they have the prices on their website. I don't see the point, otherwise.

PIC London (Philippine Island Connections) are very good, used them a number of times
