Funny thing is today has been glorious, blue skies all day long and a barmy 16 degrees , sitting outside in my tee shirt and jeans rolled up while eating a sandwich early on, bring summer on

Yes Fred the effects of El Nino are everywhere, whilst travelling from Puerto to El Nido, the number of Forest fires had to be seen to be believed, and i would put the percentage of dried up rivers in that area as 75%, On Samal the wells are drying up and the number of (lines) appearing increases every day, as people desperately seeking new sources of water, as for the Heat the worst i thought was in Davao and Cebu cities.
