Actually,I think the timing of this speech was excellent..
If Duterte manages to do what he said he will do and have the 60/40 rule busted then people like Branson should be given the red carpet treatment..

If he had of given this speech lets say 2 years ago it would have been quite ridiculous and an utter waste of time as the yellow`s really had no intention of breaking the status quo..
