Man in trash bag wrapped in packing tape found in Cebu



CEBU CITY—An unidentified man wrapped in a black trash bag and tied with a packing tape like a mummy was found along the national highway in Barangay Balud, San Fernando town, 29 km south of here, past 4 a.m. on Monday.
On the body was a white paper with a handwritten note that read, “Tulisan Ko! DU30 (I am a robber! DU30).”
When brought to the provincial hospital in Carcar City, the man was declared dead on arrival by attending physician, Dr. Henry Famas, said PO1 Ronnie Margate of the San Fernando police station.

Bounty killings,if theres 100 percent proof positive then it is what it is,BUT if i was a copper who wanted to make a few extra pesos one month,its 2am,i am parked up down in mandaue,theres a guy walking along,minding his own dusiness,no one around,my trigger finger is itchy and the thought of that extra bonus.......
