Carers will always be needed although in the UK they have made it more difficult for filipinas to come as carers, due to the opening up of the EU, but many other english speaking countries are still allowing them in, Australia,Canada,U.S.A although the pay is not as good for a carer as it is for a qualified nurse but the time to qualify is shorter and less expensive.
