I wish the media would put a sock in it concerning 1966. It happened 50 years ago. That's FIFTY years since we won our only major tournament. Boasting about this feat reeks of arrogance and is just embarassing considering we've been more or less garbage ever since. It's a bit like Tottenham fans gloating about winning the league title in 1960-61.
