Fred this approach has all been done before and has never worked anywhere in the long term
Granted there may be a few gains to start with but that will never be maintained over the long term
Its not rocket science either you kill one drug dealer one week and the very next week another
dealer will fill his shoes
Some medical help to get these addicts off drugs would be a much more prudent approach rather than simply just murdering people
And yes murdering people whether they are drug dealers or drug users is a human rights issue
