Well thank god the weekend is here and no work for 2 days , and whats better we are both of again so lots of treats for Em this weekend, got to keep her sweet to ask when can i finish work,
Anyway back to the title,
Why is it when someone ask for advice they dont what it , they want it there way but think they should ask you .
We have had a run of bad luck with drivers mistakes, all silly mistakes like not ringing the depot before coming back and bringing deliveries back without informing us too,
Four drivers are on the list to get ride of and the bosses son who has taken our depot wants to throw his weight around again.
He tells you what he wants then he will ask your opinion but when its the wrong one he does not like it, well today he said he wanted to get ride of this driver and he said have a think about it and come back to me, well we did think about it and we told him NO, and we did explain the reasons why but he was not happy .
He threw his dummy out and said he was going to stop his bonus and he is on his last leg and the phone was slammed down.
Next time he should either say i want you to agree with me , or better still dont ask me my opinion in future
