We found a baker in Davao called Euro Baker who made a good range of quality European breads.
Also Swiss Deli in Matina made some great Baguettes and Ciabatta
In Dumaguete there was only one place we could find Savoury bread it was a Swiss owned Bar and if we didn't get to buy it early in the day one was out of luck until next morning so we used to get three loaf's and freeze two, for anyone in that area it was 'Why Not' 100 yards from 'Bethel Guest House'
