Why would you be told to stockpile food and water for the just incase, well would you beleive it i have my cupboards full of tin food and sources , jams too, just need the water now,

So yes, it might be a good idea for some to get used to hiding in their house and eating out of tins.

Could be to stockpile all this food and drinks so each family could take in more refugees and they would have no excuses about not having enough to feed them , By crikey she is a cleaver woman
