This is where things are wrong, yes there are laws, but who is she bothering while enjoying the sun,

She obviously bothered a lot of people on that French beach..I reckon the French are entitled to be sensitive given recent events there.
If a western woman went onto a public Muslim beach uncovered you might see something even uglier happen there.
