Window seat at the rear is my preference.

Worst is a sardine seat anywhere on the plane.

My main concern when I used to fly more often was not getting near the smoking part, shows how long ago that was!
To be smoke free now is wonderful.

Always an aisle seat for me. So I can stand and stretch etc. As close to an exit as possible, I will pay for an exit seat too, but not a middle one.
