Well i have had a few hours spare so into the garden with my new/old lens and lets get started.
Mnay may know i have just brought a macro lens but i have no experience with how to use it so its down to trail and error,

Steve, I've noticed that the lighting on your close up work is always perfect.

Is it natural light or do you use a Ring Flash ?

Natural light plus the flash from the camera too,
I am looking at a flash ring but again just a cheap version of it, Ebay is the best bet just around £20 including post.
Its on the birthday list,
II am so pleased so far with the results.
