error downloading the VAF4

Hi guys, please help why i cannot download the form for VAF4 Sponsorship undertaking is it the same as a fiancee visa form? I am going to apply my fiancee visa please help it says error whenever I am tryin to download it.

I think it's a PDF is it not....if so install the latest version http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
