Another new toy

Well it's come today, another part of my photography equipment.
A macro ring flash, just ordered it last week and it came today, I must admit it does look very well.
The box has a nice picture on the sides, very sturdy and inside, well it's just like the picture of what I ordered,
Now I don't think I will have time to play with it till the weekend, but that's when Emma will be back, so it may have to stay in the box for a few days.
Looking forward to trying it out, and if you are lucky I will show you the results,

Natural light is best, but it doesn't always do what you want

WOW, it seems i have just won on Ebay .
We was in town yesterday and i was eyeing this Manfrotto monopod, very nice and just over the £32 mark.
Well you know me i have to think about it and off we went, anyway after getting home i went onto good old Ebay an started looking on there , and guess what they had a model on there with a ball head attachment too.
And i have won it , ok if it was brand new total cost would have been over £120, but i got them both for less then £35.
Pictures look good from the buyer and the read up too, never used 4 months old,
My collection is nearly full now and just 1 more thing to buy now , but i m leaving that one for the family to buy me , some sort of case to keep it all in when i am not using the items, can anyone remember the metal cases with polystyrene inserts that you could keep all your photography equipment it. i am looking for something like that .
