Question Need advice for the requirement

    hello everyone ,

It has been a long time since I have posted here, sorry, just got busy at work and stuff. So, we are now applying for a settlement visa (spouse) and I just need some help..

I am almost complete with my settlement visa requirements. However, due to the fact that documents sent to me from the UK were delayed, it is now a new month, and last month's pay details (payslip and subsequent bank statement) are not here. Will this be a problem? Do I have to wait for my husband to send these things again before I can apply? Any advice is appreciated.

    Thank you

I would advise all the latest up to date documents.

I sent mine via DHL from UK. Took 3 days to reach Philippines.
Do not trust the postal service with anything time critical.

Yes Captaincay, i suggest you use DHL very reliable company, and its worthwhile to spend a few extra pounds to get up to date information, as you dont want to be refused for something that you can easily avoid..

The rules say no financials such as pay slips etc must be more than 28 days old on date of submission..

As others have said get everything up to date and send by DHL or equivalent.

I forgot to add if you do use DHL they have a brilliant Tracking system, whereby you can Track your packet/parcel at every stage of its journey .
