Now I do know there may be a few out there that do not go on here or maybe has never heard of it too, but hands up or fingers pressed onto the keys saying yes if you have one.
I do know some of us old time boys and girls have Facebook accounts, I am not asking to be a friend or anything like that I am just being nosey.

Thanks Simon, but used properly it can be very good, it's a way of keeping in touch with folk you hardly see,
I closed my FB account well over 7 years ago

It's for keeping friendships going for those who are many thousands if miles away .
I keep in touch with a few folk by emails plus on there Facebook account too, these people you only may see once or twice every few years if that, but by having these things you can chat away one to one often, and I do enjoy that

I used to only add people I knew personally, old school friends etc.
But lately I've been getting loads of friends requests from Harlene's friends and family. Although I don't know them, I ask Harlene who they are, then accept them.
Although I don't understand a lot of the stuff on my news feed now and Harlene gets fed up with me asking what's that in English

facebook ok for keeping in touch especialy when you dont need real time chat, family friends can see your updates and find out how your doing, so its good that way, you update it at your own convenience,
