Is there such a thing as Estate agents over in the Philippines.
If you go online and put in Lots or even Houses there are loads that come up but one thing i have noticed is that many of the pictures they have are so out of date , some could be 6 years old when the picture was taken.
So for the boys living out there , are there any good ones.

There are literally 100's of thousands of them all over the Philippine islands.
Mostly they are individuals. Try to work only with licensed real estate brokers.
Actually some of these folks are also lawyers and real estate appraisers.
