I agree.

I'd also like to see it simplified (call plans)... and the mobile providers stopped from stealing back your load !

Then again, it's the same the world over now. Confuse the customers enough, and they won't realise just how much they are being ripped off.

Evidently their business practices manual has been copied directly from that formerly used by the dodgy car dealers and double-glazing salesmen of old.
