Secretary to the Department of Interior, Ismael Sueno, confirms
that funding - agreed by the General Appropriations Act (GAA) and purportedly allocated for essential local government projects by the previous administration last year - has finally been released.

Accordingly, the funds will be distributed among those provinces where they're most needed - as indicated in the link provided:
