i think both globe and smart can be made roaming others will know more than me.

The only way it will work, as far as I know, is to set the phone on roaming before you leave the Philippines.

Smart Philippines:
Roaming is activated by texting ROAM ON and send to 333 . But this must be done before leaving the Philippines.

Globe Philippines:
Text GROAM ON <startdate mm/dd/yyyy> and send to 2884. Free of charge. (Example: GROAM ON 09/05/2007 and send to 2884 - pay attention to Philippines style of date!!). Again, must be done before leaving Philippines.

A couple of years back at hounslow barrio fiesta, smart were selling sims which were able to work in the uk. But as usual the missus didn't top it up and didn't use it anymore

You also got the most naffest free gifts ever given away in the entire history of naffness. They went down well once taken back to phill as you can im sure well belive

In Hounslow 60 thousand phills turn up to eat loads of phill foods over a weekend in the summer. smart are a mobile phone company mucho like Globe.
